My husband and I called Tamina on December 28, 2009 to see a condo she had listed in Punta Gorda Isles. She showed it to us again on the 29th of December in which we made an offer. Because the owner wanted to close on the 31st of December that year, Tamina arranged for an inspection and closing agent so that we could close on the 31st which we did. If it was not for her great ability that would not have happened. In the winter season of 2011 we asked Tamina to list another condo we owned in Punta Gorda Isles and we were very pleased with her ability to show the condo at the last minute.
